Terms & Conditions

I offer sound therapy services including but not limited to - 1:1 and group sound baths, vocal sound training and wellness events in collaboration with other heal and well-being professionals. 

I am dedicated to providing a high quality of care and support. You as the client understand that sound therapy is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychiatric services or appropriate counselling. It does not diagnose or treat any medical or health condition.

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in any of the services via this site unless supervised by a legal guardian.

Sound therapy may not be suitable for everyone and should not be used for those with sound induced epilpesy psychosis, metal implants, including pacemakers, and women in the first 3 months of pregnancy. It is the client's responsibility to inform me of their current health conditions so we can make the best decisions about the suitability of sound therapy.

Bookings, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. I aim to reply to all booking requests within 24 hours but this may take longer during busy periods.

Payments must be made in advance by bank transfer.

​

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking will be eligble for a full refund or rescheduling.

No refunds will be made for cancellations or missed sessions less than 24 hours before the session.
